Long time patron & consistent sweetheart, Steph, in her Miranda Bennett Pick-Up Skirt and the perfect Dries top.

The MB Sailing dress was recently purchased by a lovely patron for the Chanel Numeros Prives in Las Vegas, we are so flattered our design will be worn among such legendary company!
Our friend Sara paid a visit to the shop recently and fell in love with the Visitor Dress (which, rumor has it, loves her back). Now I owe her a visit to her family's theater in Harlem, The Maysles Cinema, where Sara helps her father, documentary filmmaker Al Maysles (Gray Gardens, Gimme Shelter), and mother, Gillian, host an eclectic and inspiring roster of screenings and Q&A's with filmmakers and other cultural-icons-at-large.
Our customer Kathleen took our breath away the first time she came in. An instant MB girl, she walked out with the Cake (shown here) & the Shore dress that day. Til soon.
This spring I had a visit at the shop from my mentor and friend, the lady & the legend, Ms.Kyung Lee (technically a Mrs. now). Her boutique, Albertine, is more than a shop, it is a meeting place for young talent and established designers/artists/writers/stylists alike. I have always thought of Kyung as more a curator of people than of things, and her uncanny ability to connect the right people remains unparalleled in my book. On this visit, we inevitably ended up playing dress up and the Lady Luck Dress that I had been wearing when Kyung came in seemed to get the most love. See how K made the look her own below. I can't wait til the next time she braves an East River crossing to come see me at the shop again. Til soon, MB
